About Us
So Fresh & So Clean is a family-operated cleaning company serving San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding communities. We clean homes, apartments, rental properties, and small commercial spaces, from standard residential upkeep and deep cleans to move-in and move-out preparation, carpet and floor care, and short-term rental turnovers.
This site is our booking and service platform. You can request a free estimate, book a cleaning, and follow your job from the moment it is scheduled to the moment it is finished. Every job runs on a written checklist, so you can see exactly what was cleaned, review before-and-after photos, and approve the work before you pay. If something is not right, you can flag it and we will make it right.
We built this platform for homeowners, renters, property managers, and business owners across San Antonio who want dependable, professional cleaning without the guesswork.
So Fresh & So Clean is owned and operated by Terrell & Lindsey Mills. Every job is personally overseen by the owners. Our team is insured, and we are proud to offer military discounts and discounts for customers with disabilities.
